General: This site is owned and operated by Boys & Girls Clubs of America (referred to as "B&GCA"). It is provided for the exclusive use of authorized B&GCA employees, Boys & Girls Club organizations, professionals, volunteers, associates and Club members. Modifications of These Terms of Use: B&GCA reserves the right, at any time, to change the Terms of Use and change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the site, including the content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use of the site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use and conditions.

Registration Obligations: In consideration of your use of the site, you agree to:
A. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration forms, and,
B. maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Member Account, Password and Security: You will establish a User ID and password upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User ID and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and password.

Equipment: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the site and all charges related thereto.

Restrictions on Use: You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree to not post or transmit through the site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the site you will not:
A. attempt to gain unauthorized access to a computer system or network;
B. upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
C. without authorization, access or alter another's data or programs;
D. violate the patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property rights, privacy or similar rights of another party;
E. promote political, religious or social activities;
F. violate any governmental law, statute, ordinance, administrative order, rule or regulation;
G. harm minors in any way.

The linked sites are not under the control of B&GCA and B&GCA is not responsible for the content of any linked site. B&GCA is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by B&GCA of the site or any association with its operators.

Proprietary Rights: You agree and acknowledge that the site and any necessary software used in connection with the site contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by B&GCA, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell or create derivative works based on the site.

Monitoring: B&GCA has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the site and, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted.
