Just for Teens!
Future Leaders is a program designed for Club Members ages 14-18. It provides structured, small-group experiences where teens develop skills through real responsibilities, including in-Club work-based learning and exposure to external industries.

Participants gain experience across key areas including career development, customer service, financial literacy, and community engagement.

CAREER EXPLORATION & NETWORKING
Connect with local businesses and top-level companies for exciting days of hands-on tours and activities. Future Leaders participants have the chance to participate in on-site visits for tours, interact with employees, from management to operations, and even secure future employment!

DISCOVERING YOUR PASSION
The Future Leaders program exposes young adults to a diverse range of career opportunities, from trade-level and beyond. Career partners are categorized by industry and provide participants with insightful looks into daily operations, educational requirements, training opportunities, and salary ranges.
