ACADEMIC SUCCESS
We are focused on ensuring every child graduates from High School on time and with a plan.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
We work to engage youth in developing positive behaviors that impact their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
BUILDING CHARACTER & LEADERSHIP
Our goal is to foster young people into responsible, caring citizens with strong leadership skills and a sense of civic duty.
LIFE & WORKFORCE READINESS FOR TEENS
Along with programs designed specifically for teens (aged 13-18 years), Boys & Girls Clubs has made an investment in ensuring young adults are prepared after High School for college or careers. Future Leaders is a Life & Workforce Readiness Development Program that equips teens with job readiness skills to prepare them for the future. Teens embark on a journey to explore vocations, make sound educational decisions, and find success in the world of work.

OUR HISTORY as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay has been a strong thread in the fabric of the Tampa Bay community for more than 90 years. In 1926, the Tampa Rotary Club established the first Club, – the West Tampa Boys Club. After successfully financing and operating the Club for almost 20 years, the Rotarians recognized a need for expansion and thus began the growth of an organization dedicated to serving young men and women.
