OUR MISSION
We prepare youth and young adults to be ready for college, career, and life.
Through high-quality out-of-school time experiences, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay equips young people with the academic support, workforce skills, and healthy habits they need to succeed.
Every day, across Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, we help young people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities that shape their future.

100 YEARS OF
GREAT FUTURES
Our story began in 1926, when the Tampa Rotary Club founded the West Tampa Boys Club, the first Boys & Girls Club in Florida. What started as one Club quickly grew into a regional movement to expand opportunity for young people.
As the need for youth development programs increased, community leaders came together to grow the organization, laying the foundation for the network of Clubs that now serve thousands of youth across Tampa Bay.
